Jim Jordan
The late Jim Jordan became an Enrolled Actuary in the initial enrollment of actuaries following the enactment of ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974). He started the firm in 1978, and passed away in 2020. He was a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, a Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and a Member of the ASPPA College of Pension Actuaries. Jim was a Sonoma County native who graduated from Sonoma State College in 1970.
Kelly Neal, CPC, QPA, QKA

Kelly Neal has been with the firm since 1991 and became a principal in 2005. She is an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) authorized to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service with respect to qualified plan matters, is a Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and the National Institute of Pension Administrators, and is an American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA). Kelly is a Sonoma County native and has more than 30 years of qualified retirement plan experience. Ms. Neal is the President of Jordan & Associates Retirement Services.
Avi Porton, MSPA, OPA, QKA
Enrolled Actuary | Vice President, Pension Services
Avi Porton has been with the firm since 2001, and is an Enrolled Actuary authorized to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service with respect to qualified plan matters, is a Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries College of Pension Actuaries and is an ASPPA Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) with more than 25 years of qualified retirement plan experience. In addition to working with existing clients and providing general consultation services, Avi does plan design consultation and actuarial calculations for existing clients as well as other businesses considering implementation of a defined benefit pension plan. Mr. Porton is the Vice President of Pension Services of Jordan & Associates Retirement Services.
Eric Wittenberg, QPA, QKA, APA, APR
Vice President | Client Development
Eric Wittenberg has been with the firm since 2008 and is a Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and the National Institute of Pension Administrators and is an ASPPA Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and a NIPA Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) and Accredited Pension Representative (APR). Eric is originally from New York and graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 2002 with a degree in Mathematics and has more than 20 years of qualified retirement plan experience. In addition to working with existing clients and providing plan design and general consultation services, Eric leads the firm’s new business and client retention activities. Mr. Wittenberg is the Vice President of Client Development at Jordan & Associates Retirement Services.
