PLAN ADMINISTRATION

At Jordan & Associates Retirement Services, one of our primary goals is to relieve you of the many headaches so often inherent in employee benefits administration. Every plan may be unique, but there are a series of core components all plans require in order to operate properly and efficiently. Once your plan is established, we will assign a dedicated team of experienced plan consultants who will work directly with you and will be as hands-on as you need them to be.

Our annual qualified plan administration services include (but are not limited to):

Initial and on-going consultation regarding plan operation and assistance with administration processes, such as participant loans and distributions.

Calculation and allocation of required and/or discretionary employer contributions and participant forfeitures.

Preparation and analysis of the coverage and non-discrimination testing required by the Internal Revenue Code.

Reconciliation of trust investment activity and allocation of investment earnings to participant accounts.
